Palvil resort in Palic up for sale – Tender for apartments, spa center ,swimming pool and restaurant

The administrative receiver of the Palvil Invest d.o.o. has published an ad for sale of the Palvil resort units in one of the most modern buildings built in Palic in the previous years.

Housing units in Palvile are up for sale, apartments of size between 24 m2 and 62 m2 at the initial price ranging between RSD 1,7 and RSD 5,1 million. The offer also includes a unit consisting of a spa center, swimming pool and the restaurant with kitchen and foyer at the initial price of RSD 21,9 million.

The public auction is scheduled for October 26, 2018.

The bankruptcy proceedings were initiated at the end of December 2017 because the company's account was previously blocked for 1,097 days for the debt of nearly RSD 377 million.
