Dutch-Swiss company "Tri Stan fresh produce" to build complex of greenhouses and distributive center in Svilajnac – contract already signed

Dutch-Swiss company "Tri Stan fresh produce" is going to build a complex of plastic greenhouses and distributive center in Svilajnac.

The representatives of that company have signed the contract on construction with the Municipality of Svilajnac, and the value of the investment has not been specified. According to the plan, the initial investments in construction of that complex amount to 1.5m EUR, while the investor is obliged to hire 15 workers.

Svilajnac is obliged to allot 6 ha of land with infrastructure to company "Tri Stan fresh produce" on the period of 99 years, while Dutch partner must build the complex of plastic greenhouses for production of vegetables and distributive center at 1,000 square meters at the area of 5 ha.

In addition, that company also has to build the unit for processing of fresh fruit and vegetables within the next three years.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia and the Minister of Science and Technological Development, Božidar Đelić, estimated that Serbia can attract quality investors even in the difficult circumstances of the economic crisis.

According to his words, it is the leading company for processing of vegetables, "Koeleman foods", of which products can be bought all over the world.
