Kej from Valjevo starts construction of apartment building in Divcibare

(The future look of the building) During the previous years Divcibare mountain resort has been getting more popular as a tourist destination for both domestic and foreign tourists . Construction company Kej from Valjevo recognized saw the growing popularity of the place and decided to invest EUR 700,000 into the construction of an apartment building that will cover the area of 1,995 square meters.

The company told eKapija portal that the planned building would have 47 regular apartments ranging from 24 m2 to 35m2 in size and duplex apartments ranging from 37 m2 to 55 m2.

Alongside the apartments which are meant for purchase, the planned building will also include a a ski room. The apartment building will be located 500 m far from the ski trail Crni Vrh, it will have its own yard and the visitors will also be able to use a park area that will be developed in grove next to a stream with various programmes for children and outdoor activities.

Kej company, which is both the project designer and contractor, told eKapija that the construction of the apartment building has already begun and that they were currently laying the foundation.

The number of tourists increases in Divcibare

The richness of nature, variety of activities offered through the year, exceptional viewpoints and the new ski trail Crni Vrh, 850 meters long, are few of the reasons that Divcibare is becoming a frequent choice for vacation.

According to the data of Valjevo Tourist Organization, 3,585 foreign tourists visited Divcibare by June 2018 only, while the number of domestic tourists was 112,335.

In 2017. 1631 foreigners and 156,816 domestic tourists stayed at Divcibare while in 2016, the number of foreign tourists amounted to 1491 and the number of domestic tourists was 132,361.
