Internet in Belgrade’s parks starting spring

The Mayor of Belgrade, Dragan Đilas, and former Director of "Telenor", Stein Erik Velan, is going to sign the two-year contract on introduction of Internet in Belgrade’s parks on March 16th.

As the people from “Telenor” told Beta agency, the introduction of Internet will start at the beginning of spring, and the people will be able to use it during the whole year.

According to the announcement, Internet will be first introduced in “Vukov Spomenik” park, “Proleće” park and Skate Park in New Belgrade.

"In addition to the improvement of life of the citizens of Belgrade, the use of wireless Internet at public places will contribute to development of the capital city’s tourism offer of services", it is explained in the announcement of the City Administration of Belgrade.
