Rents for billboards alongside main and regional roads increased by 18%

- Rental fees for billboards alongside main and regional
roads in Serbia have been increased by 18%, to 4,720 RSD per square meters, and
the same thing happened to the land rents and the prices of installation of
newsstands – people from "Putevi Srbije" announced.
In settled place, the rent for the land that belongs to the state road and is
used for construction of gas stations, hotels, motels, restaurants and other
facilities and access roads to these facilities have grown from 1,440 to 1,699 RSD
per square meter.
Former price list was put in effect in 2004, while the new one was published in “Official Bulletin” and put in effect on March 6, 2009.
The fee for construction of gas station alongside the Ibarska main route, the main routes between Leskovac and Macedonia, Niš and Bulgarian border, Belgrade and Hungarian border, Belgrade and Romanian border via Vršac, as well as along the sections of some roads, has been increased from 360,000 to 424,800 RSD.
The fee for installation of seasonal stores, such as newsstands, caravan vehicles and mobile shops, has grown from 10,800 to 12,744 RSD, and the other rents for the land for construction and the access to stores, catering facilities and gas stations have also been increased.
