ETB Holding started construction of business-apartment facility on Terazije, 24,000 square meters of extra zone in Belgrade, € 25m

"ETB holding" company started construction of long-announced apartment-business complex in 2, Balkanska Street.

Building of about 24,000 square meters, with 4 underground and 6 above-ground floors, will be located on the left side of the Terazije balcony and it will occupy the space from Balkanska Street to Narodnog Fronta Street. About € 25m will be invested in the project elaborated by architects Slobodan Rajević, Zoran Nikezić and Vasilije Milunović. The contractor is “CD Unioninvest” company.

"There will be luxurious outlets and stores of 120 square meters each on the ground floor, whereas higher floors are reserved for branch offices, business suites, as well as for residence. These premises will be 60 - 240 square meters big. Underground floors are intended mostly for garages with 245 parking places. The building will cover less than 10% of surface of the Terazije park, namely the part that is out of use for years. It will take part in financing and rehabilitation of the park and backed the solution the city chooses for it. The park should be connected both to the entrance to underground passage on Terazije and entrance to subway station, when subway, of course, reaches that point", said Veljko Škorić, director of “ETB holding”.
