"Trudbenik" not to dismiss workers - reduced salaries for directors

Company "Trudbenik" has reduced the salaries for managerial staff by 10 to 20% until further notice, while the salaries have been increased for 56 workers who have, so far, had the lowest coefficient. "Trudbenik" has recently successfully finished the restructuring process, and it now has optimum number of 220 employees. Reduction of the number of employees in 2009 is not an option.

Industry of building material "Trudbenik" ended year 2008 with the best business results ever, it registered positive balance and net profit of over 9m RSD after it paid all the debts and tax on profit.

In that way, after many years of losses, "Trudbenik" achieved great success and became a profitable company in Serbia.
