Ruma-Sabac-Zvornik railway to be repaired urgently

Infrastructure of Serbian Railways has initiated a negotiation procedure without placing a public call for bids for repair works on the Ruma-Sabac-Donja Borina junction-Zvornik Novi railway, at the order of the Ministry of Construction.

This procedure, as said, is being carried out due to a great emergency caused by unforeseen events.

The call for the submission of bids will be sent by Infrastructure of Serbian Railways to companies INGRA-OMNI Belgrade and ZGOP Novi Sad.

The railway from Ruma to Zvornik is the only direct rail connection of Serbia and B&H and is very important for cargo transport.
