Incomes of "Sojaprotein" in 2008 – 11 billion RSD

Company "Sojaprotein" registered sales incomes of over 11 billion RSD in 2008, 8 billion RSD of which was the value of sales of its own products.

The profit of the largest soybean-processing company in southeast Europe amounted to 418.5m RSD before taxation, while the taxed profit amounted to 407.1m RSD.

The Bečej-based company also announced that the returns per stock in 2008, calculated on the basis of the realized net profit divided by pondered number of stocks, amounted to 75.79 RSD. The profit per stock in 2007 was 268 RSD.

The basic field of work of Sojaprotein is soybean refining and production of flour, semoline, soybean oil, soybean seeds and soybean lecithin. The additional product portfolio of this company includes the trade in agricultural products and reproduction materials.

The stocks of Sojaprotein are on A listing of the Belgrade Stock Exchange. Their current price is 527 RSD, while its minimum price was 505 RSD, and the maximum price per stock was 3,399 RSD, registered at the beginning of June 2008. The value of market capitalization of “Sojaprotein“ amounts to 2.84 billion RSD.
