New tender announced for sale of "Rad holding"

The Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced the second tender for sale of 70% of building company "Rad holding" from Belgrade.

According to the website of the Agency, all building companies that have been dealing with civil engineering over the, minimum, last three years and registered business incomes of, at least, 5m EUR in 2008, which is 50% of the price on the first tender, are free to bid on the tender.

The bids for purchase of the majority package of stocks of "Rad holding" can also be submitted by financial investors whose incomes exceeded 7.5m EUR in 2008.

The tender dossier will be available starting March 12th, at the price of 8,000 EUR, and all potential buyers will be able to submit requests for purchase of the dossier prior to April 3rd, 2009.

- The deadline for submission of bids is April 24th – the Privatization Agency announced and added that the bidders must also either pay the deposit or submit 100,000 EUR worth of the auction guarantee.
