ITM Group up for sale – Applications by September 17, 2018

The bankruptcy supervisor has advertised the sale of the bankruptcy debtor ITM Group as a legal entity through public bidding.

The most important property of the company in bankruptcy consists of land in Simanovci and Pecinci, the logistics-distribution center of 13,181 m2 in Simanovci with equipment, long-term financial investments, as well as supplies, advance payments and claims.

As the documentation says, the estimated value of the bankruptcy supervisor as a legal entity is RSD 1,011,179,718.86, and the initial price is RSD 505,589,859.43.

The deadline for the payment of the deposit of RSD 202,235,943.77 is September 14, 2018, and bids must be submitted by September 17. The public bidding will take place on September 21, 2018.
