Max Winterfeld – new Director General of "Štampa Sistem"

Max Winterfeld (37), who has been the Director General of company “Porsche Beograd” over the last five years, was appointed as the new Director General of "Štampa Sistem" yesterday (March 4, 2009).

Winterfeld will be responsible for the network of "Štampa" newsstands, which encompasses about 600 facilities and 24 larger stores.

Former Director General of "Štampa", Peter Lange, will be appointed as a member of the Management of Media group WAZ in Essen.

"Štampa Sistem" is the second largest company for distribution of newspapers and magazines, tobacco products and haberdashery in Serbia.

"Štampa" has focused its activities on the region of Belgrade and Vojvodina. The company was founded in 1947, and it has 1,900 employees. Od jula 2008. "Štampa" became a member of Media group WAZ in July 2008.
