Agricultural company "Ratar" at auction on March 6th – starting price is 150.1m RSD

The Privatization Agency of Serbia will offer 70% of capital of Agricultural company “Ratar” from Jaša Tomić for sale at auction on March 6th in Novi Sad at the starting price of 150.1m RSD.

According to the website of the Agency, the primary field of work of "Ratara" is growing of wheat and other crops, while the total estimated value of the capital that will be privatized amounts to 625.7m RSD.

The most important property of the agricultural company are storage buildings, a residential business building, hangers, an administrative building and the overhaul workshop. The buyer will be obliged to invest 250m RSD in "Ratar".

This agricultural company registered business incomes of 213.7m RSD in 2007, while the business expenses were somewhat smaller – 209.8m RSD.

The company has 88 employees.
