TOP 20 – investments in REAL ESTATES that drew greatest attention of users of eKapija in 2008

EKapija’s investment has recently carried out the analysis and formed the rank-list of investments and investment ideas that drew the greatest attention of the users of eKapija in 2008. The results are very interesting, with many surprises, and that is why we have decided to share these information with you.

The projects are classified into 10 categories, and this time we are going to present TOP 20 list in the category of REAL ESTATES (business and residential space).

The first-ranked investment is project Bellville / University village in New Belgrade. It can be said that that was expected when having in mind all the media attention, attractiveness of the location, short deadlines, the model of contract with contractors…

The second place belongs to the project of Verano Group – complex B23 in New Belgrade, which is being built alongside the highway, across the road from the Belgrade Arena and In Hotel. The facility will, most definitely, be one of the business attractions of new Serbian downtown in the future.

The third is recently finished Complex B2 at Terazije. This project was very interesting to the media because of the attractiveness of solution and location, as well as because of the “smart house” technology that was applied to this project.

The next two investments – Complex Oasis in Bečmen and Business Center in New Belgrade’s blocks 25 and 26 - will have to wait for their realization. The latter is under construction, but the project has many phases, so that the first tenants have already moved in (the building of insurance company Grawe), while the construction of twin-building is underway in Mihaila Pupina Boulevard.

The projects ranked 6th to 10th are: Kopaonik Lisina, business towers in Airport City, GTC Square, Sava business center/Savograd/Savena and Park City in Novi Sad.
