Privatization of Energetika Kragujevac to start – Letters of interest to be sent by August 27

The Ministry of Economy has invited investors to submit letters of interest for participation in the process of privatization of Energetika Kragujevac. The deadline is August 27.

Letters of interest should contain the basic data about the interested investor, an expression of interest in taking part in the process of privatization of the subject, a proposal of a privatization model, indicative prices, an investment program, a general business plan and the number of employees the investor is ready to employ permanently.

The LLC for production and distribution of energy and fluids Energetika Kragujevac is owned by the Republic of Serbia (82.63%) and the Development Fund (17.37%).
