Business premises of Privredna Banka Beograd put up for sale

The Deposit Insurance Agency has put up the real estate of Privredna Banka Beograd up for sale through a public collection of bids in the capacity of the bankruptcy supervisor.

As the ad says, the offer includes business premises in Belgrade and Novi Sad.

The business premises on the ground floor and the basement, without a defined purpose, are located in the office-residential building in Brace Jugovic Street in Belgrade. The estimated value is EUR 260,000.

In the building of the river and lake transport administration in Kneza Milosa Street in Belgrade, the offer includes the business premises of a first-floor outlet of 556 m2 and the business premises of an outlet of 427 m2, consisting of a workshop and a washing facility in the yard, at an estimated value of EUR 807,284.

Another item up for sale are the business premises in Marka Miljanova Street in Novi Sad, consisting of three units without a defined purpose. The price is EUR 99,000.

Interested parties who buy the documentation may view the property until August 31, 2018.

Sealed bids are sent to the Deposit Insurance Agency until August 31, 2018, at 3.30 pm, whereas the public opening of bids takes place on September 5, 2018, at noon, at the Agency’s premises.
