Sale of Equity Fund’s stake in Dunav Grocka advertised again

On July 25, The Ministry of Economy of Serbia advertised the sale of a 24.57% stake in the textile factory Dunav Grocka at the price of EUR 847,538, equal to the estimate of the value of the capital offered to interested purchasers. The bid submission deadline is August 31, and the opening of the bids takes place on September 4.

The Equity Fund’s stake in Dunav Grocka has been put up for sale unsuccessfully several times so far. The factory’s majority capital of 51% is owned by small shareholders, and the trade company Simpl owns a 24.39% stake.
