Bulgarian Energy Holding plans regional expansion

Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) plans to expand its business to neighboring markets of southeast Europe through joint ventures in order to become the regional leader in the near future.

- BEH also intends to take part in the gas research programmes in the countries that are rich with that fuel – the CEO of the company, Galina Toševa, said in the interview for SeeNews.

The company will first focus on Macedonian market and then on all other countries of southeast Europe, including the markets of Albania and Serbia.

- As far as the region is concerned, Macedonia is the first on the list, and Albania is right behind it. Serbia may also be in the focus of the group in the future - Toševa said for SeeNews, which publishes business and financial news from the region.
