Relaxations for local and foreign investors in Vranje

Town Hall of Vranje has made the decision to introduce series of relaxations for local and foreign investors who are willing to invest tin this central municipality of the Pčinj region. According to the decision, all newly opened companies will not have to pay the public utility tax during the first three years of work, while the traders will enjoy relaxations for each newly employed worker.

People in Vranje expect that Slovenian company "Tuš" will employ 50 workers in its megamarket, of which construction should start in March.

Company "Verano" is already redecorating its department store in the city center where "Familija market" will be opened. Negotiations with the Government of Serbia about construction of a drug factory are underway. Macedonian company “Alkaloid” is interested in hiring few hundreds of workers for the needs of the future drug factory.

According to the words of the Mayor of Vranje, Miroljub Stojčić, the negotiations with Austrian trade companies that expressed readiness to invest in Vranje and the south of Serbia will be resumed.
