Food industry "Podravka" from Koprivnica will open a company with limited liability in Turkey, with the headquarters in Istanbul.

The CEO of the newly founded company will be Zdravko Dimač.

According to the Turkish Law, new "Podravka's" enterprise has two members.

The members are: "Podravka" with the share of 75%, and its daughter company "Danica", which deals with meat packing, with the share of 25% of the company's capital.
