Third auction for sale of "Inex" building in Belgrade's downtown on March 18th

The Privatization Agency has schedulled the third auction for sale of business building of "Inex-Interexport" in Kraljice Marije Street in Belgrade for March 18th. The starting price of the building will be 2.4 billion RSD.

The building has 21 floors and surface of 12,900 square meters. In addition to that building, Inex’s office space at 190 square meters in Vršac, an apartment at 33 square meters in Belgrade and 10-year-old automobile Yugo will also be included in the package for sale.
