(Branislav Nedimovic) Serbian Minister of Agriculture Branislav Nedimovic announced today that he would travel to Turkey with Serbian Minister of Trade Rasim Ljajic so that they would negotiate new quotas for beef.
He told the press at NLB Bank that the price of beef in the local market had gone up “as soon as the Turkish market opened”.
– In only three months, the export of 5,000 tons of beef to Turkey raised the price of beef from 1.9 to 2.4 euros per kilogram and that is why we're going to Turkey to negotiate new quotas – Nedimovic said.
