Hotel “Planinka“ on Žabljak for sale on October 1

Hotel “Planinka“ in Žabljak, which operates as part of Ski Center “Durmitor“, will be offered for sale on public auction on October 1 at starting price of €1.9m. So far, there were five attempts of sale of hotel “Planinka“. The hotel was built in 1983 and it has two stars. The hotel has 324 beds in rooms with bathroom and balcony, restaurant with 260 seats, national restaurant with 80 seats and night club with 120 seats, aperitif bar, TV hall, conference hall and parking lot. The right to participation in the auction have all juristic and physical persons who pay the deposit in amount of €95,000 on giro-account of Ski Center “Durmitor“.
