- Russian company "Gazpromneft" took over 51% of capital of "Petroleum Industry of Serbia" (NIS) today (February 10, 2009) - the people from the Ministry of Energy told Beta agency.

Dmitrij Mališev, the Adviser of the Director General of "Gazpromneft", was appointed as the President of the Administrative Board at the constitutive meeting of the Assembly of stockholders of NIS.
