The French School in Belgrade plans to build a new school institution in the capital of Serbia, with an area of 8,000 to 10,000 m2.

The construction requires land of 15,000 to 20,000 m2 and the terrain, as stated in the ad seeking consultations for the construction of the school, should be located within the limits of Belgrade and the surrounding municipalities and have goods access to the public transport.

The terrain, consisting of two parts, would also be acceptable if the two parts were next to each other, it is added.

They specify that the offer should contain a detailed presentation of the entity offering the land with the obligatory real estate folio, the date when the terrain becomes available for use, the price per square meter, the cadaster-topographic map and other details, and the offers are to be sent by August 20.

More details can be found HERE.

The French School in Belgrade now operates in Kablarska Street, using two areas in close proximity to the school for physical and sports education.
