"NIS Naftagas" in regional market – works on drilling and equipping of hydro-thermal boring for company from Bijeljina

Within the next six months, company "NIS-Naftagas" will be carrying out the works on drilling and equipping of hydro-thermal boring for company "Slobomir" from Bijeljina, and the value of the works is about 1m USD.

According to the announcement of "NIS-Naftagas", the contract for works on drilling the hydro-thermal boring 1,800 meters deep, which will be situated on the grounds of company "Slobomir" in Bijeljina, was signed on February 6th in Novi Sad.

According to the contract, "Naftagas" is the contractor, but, since it lacks certain licenses for work in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the services will be provided through company "Ipin".

That is why the general Contract on forming of consortium of "NIS-Naftagas" and "Ipin" and the Contract on mutual cooperation between the two companies on the works on boring Gd-2 have been signed. All three parties have also signed the contract that defines obligations of all project participants.

It is pointed out in the announcement that "Naftagas" is obliged to carry out the works on hydro-thermal boring and all accompanying works according to “turn key” principle.

The works will be carried out by "Rudarski servisi" (Mining Services) of "NIS-Naftagas".
