"Delta" opened 20th "Piccadilly" facility worth 2.5m EUR in Bulgaria – “shopping mall” to be opened in mid-March in Plovdiv

Serbian company "Delta" announced today (February 5, 2009) that it had opened the 20th facility in market chain "Piccadilly" in Bulgaria, in which it had invested 2.5m EUR.

According to the announcement, the new supermarket has been opened in Plovdiv, in the first trade park in Bulgaria.

- That is the beginning of realization of the company’s investment programme for year 2009, which anticipates opening of shopping mall “Plovdiv” in mid-March and opening of another supermarket in that town in mid-2009 – the people from the company explained.

The CEO of "Piccadilly", Aleksandar Čamparević, pointed out that Plovdiv was the second largest city in Bulgaria and that it was the key town for expansion of the company’s business.
