Only “Delta” and Igor Laho find "Mercator" interesting

Only Belgrade-based “Delta” and Slovenian privatization tycoon Igor Laho find "Mercator" attractive.

Ljubljana’s newspaper Dnevnik, which announced that information, says that the offer for purchase of nearly one half of "Mercator" has been submitted only by Serbian company “Delta Holding”.

- The majority of offers have been submitted by foreign funds with private capital. One of the bidders is Slovenian privatization tycoon Igor Lah who is definitely interested in large number of properties of "Mercator" – Dnevnik announced.

The newspaper is of the opinion that the major owners of "Mercator", "Pivovarna Laško" and "Infond Holding", will have to make a very difficult decision because the majority of bidders offer few tens of euros lower price for the stocks of "Mercator".
