Construction of hotel in Jug Bogdanova Street in Belgrade begins – Value of investment around EUR 5.5 million

Belgrade will get another high-category hotel in the city`s center, as the construction of the hotel in Jug Bogdanova Street near Zeleni Venac began in mid-June, our portal learns.

This is a four-star boutique hotel, which will have a restaurant, a bar, a spa with a pool, rooms for meetings and conferences and an underground garage, in addition to 38 rooms.

As eKapija learns, the investor is Filipovic d.o.o. from Belgrade. The construction of the hotel has been put in charge of the construction company Concord West Belgrade.

– The expected deadline for the completion of works is 15 months. It will be a beautiful hotel, in terms of both architecture and interior design, the kind of which Belgrade deserves to have – Concord West says for our portal.

The company adds that the value of the investment is around EUR 5.5 million.

The urban plan for the hotel was prepared by the Belgrade-based studio MVArch.

As announced earlier, the hotel will take up 3,500 m2. It will have seven floors and a loft, as well as six underground tiers, and feature 38 single- and double-bedrooms. The ground floor will feature a foyer with a restaurant, a bar and a reception desk. The rooms will be located on the second through sixth floor, whereas the seventh one will feature a royal suite. The balcony and the lookout are planned for the loft. The underground tiers are meant for the hotel`s accompanying features.

The first underground tier will feature a club, accessible through the hotel and through an independent entrance. The employees` dressing room, which will have a special entrance and a special staircase, will also be located on this tier.

The congress hall will be located on the second underground tier. It is supposed to be a multifunctional room, allowing for a consolidation of space and the organizing of congresses for up to 120 people.

The kitchen and the accompanying storage rooms will be located on the third underground tier. This level will also feature a fitness and a spa center, our interviewees add.

The pool should be located on the fourth underground tier, whereas the bottom two tiers will make up the parking area.
