Metals banka subvents mortgage credits

General director of Metals banka, Ananije Pavićević, and director of National Corporation for Insurance of Mortgage Credits, Aleksandar Jović, have signed the contract on regulation of mutual relations in operations related to approval of credits for procurement of apartments with use of finance from the budget of Republic of Serbia. This is the first domestic bank that will make it possible for citizens under 45 to solve their house problems quickly ad easily. The credits will be approved on period of 25 years with interest rate of about 5%. The user of the credit will have to pay downpayment of 10%, whereas the State will pay 20%. The interest rate on bank’s credit will amount to 6.95%, on State’s downpayment – 0.1%, while the State credit will have to be repaid after 20 years when the credit is already repaid to the bank.
