"Tehnopromet" Belgrade for sale, obligatory investment of 17.7 million CSD

Auction sale of once respectabe foreign trade company «Tehnopromet» from Belgrade is scheduled for September 29, 2005 at starting price of 196.8 million CSD. «Tehnopromet» owns attractive office space of about 6,500 square meters in center of Belgrade, in Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard.

The buyer of «Tehnopromet» is obliged to invest 17.7 million CSD in the company. The deposit for participation in the auction is 98.4 million CSD. The deadline for submittal of applications for procurement of 63.7% of assets of «Tehnopromet» is September 21.
