State changes method for selection of new strategic partner for RTB "Bor" – “Glencor” to submit offer soon

- RTB "Bor" is not going to be sold on the existing tender because nobody has bought the documentation yet, so that the method for selection of the new strategic patner will have to be changed – Mlađan Dinkić, the Minister of Economy, said yesterday (January 29, 2009).

There are companies that are interested in strategic partnership with RTB "Bor", but they ask from the Government to change the tender terms and lower the starting price of 300m USD.

According to "Novosti", it is likely that the Ministry of Economy will soon receive the offer for strategic partnership from Swiss “Glencore”.
