Construction of "Holiday Inn" hotel in Kragujevac starts in June

Judging by the announcements, construction of "Holiday Inn" hotel in Kragujevac should commence in mid-2009. That is the investment worth about 25m EUR, and the city counts on 1m EUR worth of incomes from rental and organization of building land for construction of the hotel and large parking lot.

Kragujevac's "Holiday Inn" will be built in the vicinity of the highway to "Corridor 10". There are already few industrial zones near that location, and they will be settled by numerous local and foreign companies, first of all, Italian companies that produce parts and components for installation in "Fiat" automobiles.

Belgrade-based architectural company "Multicon inženjering" has announced that it signed the contract for drawing of plans for four-star "Holiday Inn", which will occupy the surface of 7,500 square meters and have 126 rooms, 12 suites, congress centre, restaurant, cafe and parking lot for 122 automobiles.

"Holiday Inn" in Kragujevac is a part of the namesake hotel chain.
