Albanians to build highway to Ulcinj – Bridge on the Bojana planned as well

Albanian authorities have decided to build a highway on the Shengjin-Velipoje route, and the road would connect with Ulcinj as well.

The construction of a bridge on the Bojana is planned as well. The bridge should be located right at the river’s bifurcation outside Ulcinj.

Velipoje is a tourist city in Albania, located only 19 kilometers away from Ulcinj, in the extension of Velika Plaza.

The road would be 66.3 kilometers long, and it was announced that its construction might take until 2020.
