"ČEZ" seriously thinks about participation in tender for construction of steam power plants "Kolubara B" and "Nikola Tesla B"

- Czech Energy Group "ČEZ" is very seriously thinking about participation in the tender for construction of power capacities in Serbia - the company's representatives confirmed in the conversation with the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, Božidar Đelić, on January 23rd.

Đelić, who is currently staying in Czech Republic, estimated that the tender winner would be known by the end of the year.

- "ČEZ" is interested in Serbia for a long time, as well as in the entire region, and it was happy to receive the news about announcement of tender for construction of new energy blocks worth 1.4 billion EUR in steam power plants "Kolubara" and "Nikola Tesla" - Eva Novakova, the spokesperson of "ČEZ", confirmed.
