Novi Sad’s "Centroslavija" sold for 850m RSD to "Global Real Estate&Investment" from Belgrade

Belgrade-based company "Global Real Estate&Investment" bought trade company "Centroslavija holding" from Novi Sad for 850m RSD at the auction on January 23, 2009.

The starting price at the auction amounted to 297.15m RSD. In addition to the buyer, the representative of Belgrade-based "United company" also bade for public capital in "Centroslavija".

The most important property of "Centroslavija" includes: a slaughterhouse in Futog with nine facilities, Department Store "Panorama" in Novi Sad, two office spaces in Novi Sad with 15 auxiliary facilities, as well as a store in Novi Sad.
