No interest in Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica – New sales ad soon

No bid was made for the purchase of the property of Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica (KAP) in bankruptcy, evaluated at EUR 10.24 million.

The bankruptcy supervisor of KAP, Veselin Perisic, said on Friday, June 8, 2018, the date scheduled for the opening of bids, that no offer had been sent before Monday, the set deadline, either to the court archive or by mail.

– A new ad will be placed immediately, with, I assume, the same terms – Perisic said.

The ad, placed by the bankruptcy management on May 3, said that the estimated value was neither the minimum acceptable amount nor binding and deciding for the bidder in setting the sales and purchase price.

The object of the sale was the immovable property of KAP, on cadaster parcels registered at cadaster municipalities of Botun, Dajbabe and Cijevna.

The bankruptcy management placed the previous ad for the sale of the property of the Podgorica plant, at the same price, on March 27.
