OMV to have two gas stations built in Novi Sad

“OMV Srbija" has rented two parcels for development of gas stations in Vojvode Stepe Boulevard in Novi Sad after it offered the highest amount of rent – 59.5m RSD - on the auction in the City Development Institute of Novi Sad.

Other bidders for the two parcels were Automobile Center "Intersrem" from Veternik and "Rohe Rakovica" from Belgrade. According to the land-utilization plan for settlement Bistrica in Novi Sad, the parcels no. 10496/10 and 10496/9 at 2,038 and 2,026 square meters will be used for construction of two gas stations.
