“Adriatic Shipyard“ Bijela and Tobacco Combine Podgorica to be privatized

The tender for sale of majority package of stocks of “Adriatic Shipyard in Bijela will be announced at the beginning of October. The companies interested in procurement of State-owned package of stocks of shipyard are from Italy, France, Greece and Canada.

The company that is interested in investment of at least €10m in restructuring of shipyard will be treated as a serious bidder.

Tobacco Combine, also, prepares privatization program. The announcement of tender may take place in November 2005.
