The decision was reached based on the Law on Foreigners and it enables carriers of regular Azerbaijani passports to enter, be in transit and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia for up to 90 days, within the period of 180 days from the date of entrance to Serbia, unless there are other obstacles arising from Article 11 of the said law.
The decision is certainly in line with the recently signed agreements, among which is the one on the potential launch of a direct air service Belgrade-Baku.
Also, carriers of all passports of the Republic of Burundi may enter, be in transit or stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia for up to 30 days over a period of one year.
