"Bunge" prepares offer for oil factory "Vital" Vrbas, administrative board accepted that company as only candidate for strategic partnership

The offer of the multinational company «Bunge» for strategic partnership with the oil factory «Vital», will be submitted within 20 days. After 4 offers of the investors from the country and abroad for strategic merging with Vrbas-based oil factory, the team of the Administrative Board accepted to negotiate only with company «Bunge», which was given deadline of two months to deliver the offer.
