ZF Friedrichshafen given land in Pancevo without compensation – Construction of car component plant to begin in June

Members of the city assembly of Pancevo have adopted a decision giving construction land in the North Industrial Zone to the German investor ZF Friedrichshafen without compensation.

As RTV Pancevo reports, one of the most renowned European producers of car components will start building a factory in about a month, where several thousand citizens of Pancevo will be employed.

Let us remind that it was announced earlier that the company would be building a factory on the land of 10.8 hectares in the North Industrial Zone in Pancevo.

As said earlier, the plant will produce axles for electric gears for E-Mobility for Premium OEM, electric traction engines for E-Mobility, gearshift electronics and mechatronics, as well as microswitches/PCB.
