"Dnevnik Holding" on tender in March

- Privatization of "Dnevnik Holding" can be expected at the end of March or at the beginning of April when a public tender will, most probably, be announced – said Vesna Džinić, the CEO of the Privatization Agency.

- "Dnevnik" is a stockholding company with well-known owners and without any public capital, so that the legal deadline – December 31, 2008 – was not obligatory for that company. At the same time, we have another additional conversion of tax obligations into additional capital, which should be followed by the announcement of the tender - the CEO of the Privatization Agency explained.
