Announcement of construction of third floor of underground garage in future hotel-business complex in Block 20, in Rajićeva Street

Company ABD Ltd. from Belgrade will soon start realization of the exceptionally significant building project – the Hotel-business complex in Block 20 in Rajićeva Street. The project is getting closer to its final version. One of the important changes has recently been made to the project. Namely, the space for multiplex cinema will be turned into an office-commercial space, in accordance with the changed Act about city planning conditions.

Since that change is going to increase the number of constant users, the decision has been made about construction of another floor under the ground, which means that the underground garage will have three instead of two floors.
