Agrokor Croatia took over control package of oil industry Dijamant Zrenjanin ?

Control package of stocks of factory “Dijamant“ from Zrenjanin, as “Blic“ finds out, has been sold to company “Agrokor“, of which owner is Croatian businessman Ivica Todorić who plans to become majority owner of the biggest Serbian oil factory. Besides the stocks of minor stockholders, “Agrokor“, which is also the owner of Croatian oil factory “Zvijezda“, bought 26.9% of stocks of “Dijamant“ that were in the property of Vienna-based Investment Fund for Southeast Europe. Asked whether “Agrokor“ is interested in procurement of more stocks in Zrenjanin-based oil factory, Željko Brozović, general director of “Frikom“ for SCG (which is also owned by “Agrokor“), gave affirmative answer to Croatian “Večernji list“.
