New four-star hotel opens in Vrnjacka Banja – EUR 2 million invested in Slatina

Vrnjacka Banja, one of the most popular destinations in Serbia, has a new hotel. The four-star Hotel Slatina is located only a few minutes away from the park and several hundred meters away from the mineral water spring.

The construction of the hotel took a year, and EUR 2 million was invested in it. The investor and contractor is Trmka Kabl and the hotel was designed by Arhitekt Pro. Both companies are from Vrnjacka Banja.

– We wanted to combine top service with modern architecture. Soothing hues and photographs create an atmosphere of comfort, relaxation and elegance. The hotel has 24 accommodation unties of 31 to 45 m2, of which 12 superior double-bed rooms, 6 standard double-bed rooms, 3 lux rooms with a jacuzzi and 3 apartments – they explain at the hotel for eKapija.

Slatina also features a wellness center on around 400 square meters, an a la carte restaurant, a lobby bar, a playroom for children, a conference hall and a parking lot available to hotel guests.

– The wellness center features salt rooms, a tepidarium, kneipp benches, Finnish saunas, infrared saunas, a Turkish bath, aroma showers and a saltwater indoor pool. In addition to guests, the center is also open for all those who want to relax here, as is the a la carte restaurant.

A total of 20 people have been employed at the hotel, which opened on April 1. As they say for our portal, they have been visited by local tourists primarily so far, but there have also been guests from Russia and Bulgaria, and they've also welcomed a group of businessmen from Germany.

– At the moment, a group of tourists from India is staying at our hotel, primarily children with their parents and teachers, who have arrived to Vrnjacka Banja to train for various sports over a two-week period.

Congress tourism

As they say at the hotel, congress tourism in Vrnjacka Banja has now been enhanced thanks to Slatina, which is there to meet the needs of its business guests. The hotel has a modern conference hall for up to 70 participants. It is equipped with top quality technology (TV, flip chart, PA system, projector, Wi Fi) and is suitable for business meetings, presentations, teambuilding and other similar activities.
