Russia resumed delivery of gas across Ukraine

This morning, around 8.15 AM (CET), Russia resumed delivery of gas to European consumers across the territory of Ukraine.

The head dispatcher of "Gazprom" ordered transportation of 76.6m cubic meters a day to the territory of Ukraine in order for that fuel to be delivered to the consumers in the Balkan region, Moldavia and Turkey.

"Gazprom" announced that the supply of gas to the Balkans was the priority.

This morning, “Gazprom” requested from Ukrainian "Naftogas" to start transportation of 76m cubic meters of gas a day. According to the sources in the Government of Ukraine, the deliveries will be realized every day at 8 AM (CET).

The Ukrainian company announced that it took 36 hours for gas to be transported from east to west border of Ukraine.
