Beko Balkans to take over management of service network in Serbia

Beko Balkans announced yesterday that it was expanding its operations in Serbia and taking over servicing operations for Beko household products and home appliances, as well as for Grundig TV sets and personal care products.

As the company announced, the takeover is a result of Beko Balkans' desire and efforts to upgrade post-sale support and provide users with even better services in line with the company's standards and user expectations.

Beginning with June 1, 2018, Beko will take over the management of the service network in Serbia, whereby the company makes the range of its services in the country complete and secures the provision of full user experience in line with the highest global standards of quality of Beko.

– Consumer satisfaction is our priority and the takeover of the service center will bring us closer to our consumers, their problems and needs – said Sherafedin Bala, Commercial Director of Beko Balkans.

In Serbia, Beko already has a call-center for user support in Serbian, which opened in March 2017, a spare parts storage, as well as a service team specialized for the support for the Serbian service network for Grundig, a brand which, like Beko, operates within Arcelik Group. The new expansion of the service network will provide users with additional functionality and reduce the time needed for repairs and interventions, whereby the company will enhance direct communication with its users and be able to get valuable feedback about the real needs and expectations of consumers, it is said.
