Glassworking plant Zvezda Zemun up for sale again – Price of legal entity lowered to RSD 296 million

Since it failed to find a new owner at the first attempt at a sale early this year, the glassworking plant Zvezda from Zemun has been put up for sale through a public auction again by the bankruptcy supervisor.

As said in the ad, the subject of the sale is the legal person, whose most important property consists of buildings and equipment at the initial price of around RSD 296 million, which is around RSD 70 million less than the initial price at the previous auction, which saw no interested purchasers.

As the bankruptcy supervision management says for eKapija, there is now interest in the purchase of the Zemun-based plant.

Let us remind that an auction of the movable and the immovable property was held in June 2017, and since there were no interested purchasers, the decision was made to sell Zvezda as a legal person.

The new public auction will be held on June 28, 2018, at 12 o'clock, at the factory premises.
