70% of PIK “Zemun” capital on auction on March, 27th, 2009 – 10 million euros, starting price

Agricultural industrial combine “Zemun”, 70% of its capital, will be offered at auction on March, 27, 2009, by the starting price of 799,3 million dinars, which is about 10 million euros, according the announcement of the Agency for privatization. PIK “Zemun” is involved in breeding of sheep and in production of milk.

According the data from the public invitation, the offer includes a building of the directorate, and a dairy in Batajnicki drum, as well as a glasshouse for production, buildings for growing of vegetables, management building, and object for milking.

The company owns a lahnd of 3.566 hectares, 1.540 hectares being construction land, out of which 115 hectares in social ownership and 1.425 hectares in state’s property.

Agricutlural land spreads on 2.055 hectares out of which 803 is in social propery and 1.222 in state’s property.

It is also on sale company’s equipment – combine, two tractors and equipment and equipment for production of milk.

According the data from success balance, total business profit in 2007 was around 1,1 million euros, and 2,2 million euros were expenses.
